Yes. A credit card is required as a guarantee for vehicle rental. Moto Power accepts all major credit cards. Contact our team if you have questions about the guarantee for your chosen vehicle.

Third-party insurance is included. Additional options such as CDW and LDW are available at an extra cost, subject to the vehicle category and rental terms. Ask our team about the applicable excess, exclusions and available cover before booking.

Our car rental prices include third-party insurance, 24-hour roadside assistance, unlimited kilometres, a second driver at no extra cost and road maps. Child seats are available at no extra cost when reserved in advance. Free pickup and drop-off are offered at the port, airport and eligible hotels within the service area; please confirm your location with our team.

Off-island travel is permitted only with Moto Power’s consent. Contact our team before making arrangements to take your rental vehicle off the island.

Return the vehicle at the agreed date and time, in the same condition and with the same fuel level as at collection. A 30-minute grace period is allowed. If you exceed this period, a full additional day is charged. Unused fuel is not refunded.

For cancellations made one week before the pickup date, the initial deposit is refunded in full. If you return the vehicle before the end of the agreed rental period, Moto Power reserves the right to charge for the full period. Contact our team to confirm the cancellation deadline for your booking.
